I know I am so oh-syem for losing 5.4kg's in 10 days! errr..... ok. AT LEAST, I feel oh-syem.hehehe

p.s. Dear all : Walaupun lost 5.4kg's tapi masih gemok & berisi lg..sebab saya sangat-sangat-sangat berat buat masa sekarang. Peak weight kot....
wait...sebelum I story-mory lebih lanjut, nak menggedik jap tunjuk gambar ronggeng malam-malam pg Benteng Kuantan :P

Why? Mula-mula pasal ankle terseliuh, pastu dapat susu dari 'orang tersayang' sbg Hi-Calcium supplement untuk tulang and at the same time kena praktis this-type-of-dieting during consuming the Susu.
But practicing 'it' at hostel wasn't a good idea... uweekkkk!:(
How?
How I get the motivation to proceed?
Well...I've reached my peak weight. I ate a lot this semester and I gained a lot. So, since the 'this-type-of-dieting' was OK with me, besides it gave me a satisfying result, so I've decided to continue 'it' at home.
I refer 'this-type-of-dieting' to Atkins Diet.

During the 10th day, I finally able to step on a weighing scale and...fuuuuuuuuh! 5.4kg tu der!
gila bapaks!*tp dalam hati la.hehe*
I hope my Atkins will be a success after this!:)
Eh...by the way, I've finished my paper at Friday and I AM HOME!!!! :D
