I love my Diary :)

I am 10. and I have a Diary.
You know..the one that you jotted down your emotions, feelings and whatever happened.
But that time, It's not a personal Diary. My bestfriend and I would exchanged Diary during the weekends and wrote down anything.

When I turned 15. I started to have a VERY-personal Diary.
I called it JOURNAL tho'.

Some people may laugh at me.
and some may have a Diary too.kan?:D

JOURNAL to me is important.
I helps me reduce my stress level.
Even my anger to someone vanished because of my Journal.
I move on with the help of my Journal.
Thanks a lot my Journal:)

You might started to wonder. HOW?
It's easy...But first, you must have a book. A book that is only for your personal writing.
whenever you feel some 'conflict' of emotions, open you diary/journal-book and start to write
down your dissatisfaction or anger or anything related.
write down all your feelings inside.
last but no least, at the very end of your every 'dissatisfaction notes'
PUT SOME MOTIVATIONAL WORDS.

for me, my Journal was enough for me to ease my anger :)
or to forget the bad things that happened to me.
too kind-hearted maybe? well...maybe not.
